The Lead Teacher is responsible for providing supervision and care to K2 children while implementing age-appropriate curriculum. They must also establish positive relationships with families and ensure compliance with state childcare licensing regulations.

Providing supervision and care to our K2 children. Implementing age-appropriate curriculum for children. Follow all state childcare licensing regulations. Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and co-workers. Help children to develop self-help skills. Create a fun, exciting, and loving classroom environment for children to thrive in.
