We are seeking a Middle School English Teacher who is passionate about their craft and ready to make a lasting impact in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
Your Role Will Include Teaching English to grades 6, 7, and 8 using Arizona Academic Standards with engaging, rigorous, and age-appropriate daily lesson plans.
Using formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instruction.
Differentiating instruction to meet the academic, social, and emotional needs of diverse learners.
Establishing and maintaining a structured, respectful, and well-managed classroom environment.
Supporting interdisciplinary learning and collaborating with colleagues across grade levels and content areas.
Communicating regularly and professionally with students, families, and school staff.
Participating in team meetings, professional development, curriculum planning, and school events.
Supporting students’ social-emotional development and overall well-being.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. 3 or more years of teaching experience is preferred. Arizona Department of Education Certification (preferred). Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills. Creative and engaging instructional style with a genuine passion for teaching. Collaborative team player with a positive, professional demeanor. Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card. Salary and Benefits Pay: $56,000 to $65,050 per year.
