Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to support students with behavioral needs. Provide clinical oversight and supervision of behavioral intervention staff, including behavior aides and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring the implementation of evidence-based practices.
