Position Highlights Rate of Pay
- $72-$82 per hour
- W2 (depending on experience)
- Full-Time: 5 days per week; Maximum 40-hour work week. Working with the behavior team, all schools.

Referral Program What YOU Need Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Active Certification as a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Experience providing behavior analytic services within a school-based setting preferred.
Experience supervising behavior intervention staff and collaborating with multidisciplinary educational teams is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with students, teachers, and families.
Must possess sufficient technology skills to complete IEP documentation and communicate effectively via email.

Requirements
Responsibilities
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to support students with behavioral needs. Provide clinical oversight and supervision of behavioral intervention staff, including behavior aides and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring the implementation of evidence-based practices. Collaborate with special education teams, administrators, school psychologists, teachers, and related service providers to develop and monitor effective behavioral support plans. Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings by providing behavioral consultation, recommendations, and progress updates. Train and coach school staff on positive behavior supports, behavior management strategies, crisis prevention, and intervention techniques. Monitor student progress, analyze behavioral data, and adjust intervention plans to promote meaningful student outcomes. Ensure behavior services are implemented in accordance with district policies, state and federal regulations, and ethical standards established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Provide consultation and support to school teams across multiple sites to promote consistent implementation of behavioral interventions and best practices.
