Market context

Michigan OT roles stay consistently in demand

In Michigan, occupational therapist openings are typically driven by schools, rehab settings, and healthcare employers needing support for patients and students with functional goals. These roles can be competitive because employers often look for a master’s degree, a valid Michigan OT license or eligibility, and strong hands-on clinical skills; new graduates are also welcomed in some postings. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm licensure timing and highlight fieldwork or pediatric experience in your application.
