We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team in Westphalia, MI. The ideal candidate will provide individualized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs, ensuring access to a high-quality education in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Provide direct instruction in academic and functional skills. Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff. Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field (Master’s preferred). Valid Michigan teaching certification in Special Education. Experience working with students with disabilities. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Compensation & Benefits:
