Summary The Housing Curriculum Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for Huckleberry House’s Transitional Living Program (TLP). This position coordinates structured programming for youth on the housing campus, maintains participant attendance and compliance records, supports SNAP Employment & Training (E&T) work participation requirements, and assists with funder programming and reporting requirements. The position works closely with program staff, community partners, volunteers, and presenters to ensure youth have access to consistent and meaningful programming while maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Program Coordination Coordinate and maintain a weekly schedule of approximately 20 hours of structured programming for Transitional Living Program participants.
  • Coordinate workshops, educational activities, and other programming with agency staff, community partners, volunteers, and guest presenters.
  • Develop and distribute weekly and monthly programming calendars to youth and staff.
  • Coordinate classroom and meeting space, program materials, and other logistical needs.
  • Serve as the primary administrative contact for community partners providing on-site programming.
  • Participant Engagement & Communication Promote youth engagement by communicating upcoming workshops, educational opportunities, and special events.
  • Monitor youth participation in structured programming and communicate participation concerns to appropriate program staff.
  • Prepare and distribute notices regarding missed programming and participation requirements.
  • Support consistent access to meaningful programming opportunities for Transitional Living Program participants.
  • Attendance & Compliance Maintain accurate attendance and participation records for all program activities.
  • Track youth participation to support compliance with SNAP Employment & Training (E&T) requirements and other program expectations.
  • Prepare participation verification and proof of attendance for ODJFS and other required entities.
  • Generate attendance, participation, and compliance reports for supervisors and program staff.
  • Documentation & Reporting Enter attendance, participation, and program documentation into the agency's electronic health record and data management systems.
  • Maintain organized program records and documentation to support program monitoring, audits, and funding compliance.
  • Assist with tracking program outcomes and collecting data for grant reporting and quality improvement activities.
  • Support Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and agency committees as assigned.
  • Collaborate with program staff and community partners to support effective delivery of housing programming.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

High School Diploma or GED required; nonprofit administrative experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Computer literate with strong Microsoft Office skills Ability to maintain accurate attendance, participation, and compliance records Ability to coordinate programming and communicate effectively with internal and external partners
