The Certified Peer Specialist will serve as an advocate and mentor for Transition Age Youth (ages 14-26) with serious mental illness to help them develop community supports, navigate systems, and maintain wellness based on lived experience. Responsibilities include meeting weekly with youth to focus on wellness, coping skills, social building, accessing opportunities, and modeling skills for community integration and independent living.
