Overview
The Youth Mentor engages referred youth to help them identify and achieve goals towards success and independence by building rapport and providing a learning environment, while also developing, implementing, and updating individual goal plans collaboratively. Responsibilities also include administrative tasks such as maintaining case notes, participating in the referral process, connecting youth to community resources, and providing testimony at hearings when necessary.
