Deliver synchronous and asynchronous Spanish instruction via web conferencing platforms to diverse student populations. Manage individual student pacing plans and provide timely, personalized feedback on assignments. Collaborate with administrators, department heads, and specialists to differentiate instruction and design alternate enrichment activities. Foster a welcoming, inclusive classroom community that supports diverse learning styles and student confidence. Uphold student data privacy and manage records in accordance with FERPA regulations. Transition traditional curriculum elements into digital formats while maintaining engagement and tracking progress through electronic gradebooks.
