This position involves working with the Department Director to promote healthy living, social responsibility, and youth development by creating and implementing safe programs and ensuring compliance with standards. Essential duties include vigilantly monitoring activities, providing guidance on water safety, responding calmly to emergencies including rescues, and administering first aid and CPR as needed.
