The Nurse Intern provides direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, including completing accurate patient assessments, administering medications and treatments as ordered, and evaluating patient responses. Responsibilities also involve updating care plans, assisting with admissions/discharges, and attending to patients' basic needs like answering call lights and assisting with hygiene.
