Overview

The primary responsibility is teaching courses within Humanities disciplines such as English Studies, Spanish & American Sign Language, and Philosophy, which includes instructional activities, academic advising, and working with students outside of class. Faculty may also be required to engage in professional development and service activities like administrative tasks or committee work, especially if appointed for multiple terms.

Adjunct faculty may also have opportunities to supervise student field experiences in elementary or secondary settings.
