Brainspring | Structured Literacy Professional Development & Implementation Partner At Brainspring, we partner with schools and districts to improve reading outcomes through Structured Literacy aligned to the Science of Reading. District leaders today face a common challenge: despite strong intentions and multiple initiatives, reading proficiency remains stagnant. The gap isn’t effort—it’s alignment. That’s where we come in. Our flagship programs—Phonics First (K–5) and Structures (6–12)—are accredited by the International Dyslexia Association and International Multisensory Structured Language Education Council, and grounded in Orton-Gillingham methodology. These programs equip educators with the instructional expertise needed to deliver impactful Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 literacy instruction. But training alone isn’t enough.
