Catholic Education Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn comprises 56 systemic schools across the Australian Capital Territory and New South Wales. CECG educates more than 19,000 students in ACT schools and more than 7000 students in NSW schools. CECG employs more than 2300 teachers and school support staff, as well as a large pool of more than 1000 casual staff. More than 200 staff support these schools from our central office in Griffith, ACT. CECG operates eight early learning centres in the ACT, with more than 600 enrolments and 100 staff employed each year. Early learning centres, primary schools and secondary schools collectively provide a complete pathway for Catholic education from preschool to Year 12. CECG aspires to be a high-value education system that builds Catholic learning communities of hope, joy and wonder where all are welcome and inspired to grow to their potential. CECG is a registered charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profit Commission.
