School Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Onsite - 26/27 School Year

Key responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments (Fbas), developing individualized behavior intervention plans (Bips) for students with asd and developmental disabilities, and providing direct behavior analysis services. The role also requires collaborating with school teams and training staff and families on behavior management strategies.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in applied behavior analysis, special education, psychology, or a related field, along with current board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) certification and state licensure eligibility. Strong experience in behavior analysis principles, aba interventions, assessment, data analysis, and effective communication skills are essential.
