PRN Occupational Therapist

The occupational therapist will develop personalized treatment plans and ensure that all treatment is delivered according to the established plan of care. They will monitor patient responses and modify treatment approaches as necessary while ensuring thorough documentation.

Candidates must have an active illinois license in occupational therapy and preferably have experience in skilled nursing facilities or long-Term care. Current knowledge of treatment practices and familiarity with the net health electronic documentation system is preferred.
