Responsibilities: Develop and lead classroom curriculum for infants to preschool-aged children. Promote positive guidance, language, and literacy development. Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment. Communicate with families and staff through Brightwheel and regular check-ins. Mentor assistant teachers and support professional development. Assistant Teacher –
Key
Responsibilities: Support the Lead Teacher in implementing lesson plans and classroom routines. Encourage positive social-emotional development and healthy habits. Assist with daily care needs such as meals, transitions, and supervision. Help create a warm, tidy, and developmentally appropriate learning space.
Background check & fingerprinting required. Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain within 30 days). Commitment to ongoing professional development. Enthusiasm for early childhood education and teamwork! Experience in licensed early learning settings is preferred, but we welcome individuals who are eager to learn and grow.
