Sports & Recreation: Cheer Assistant Coach

This role supports the ymca's mission by developing and implementing youth sports curriculum and program sessions for children aged 4 to 13, focusing on quality program operations and engagement.

The assistant coach must organize, plan, and deliver inclusive cheer programs while instructing rules for various sports, building authentic relationships with athletes and parents, and adhering to all safety policies.
