Registered Nurse Operating Room Educator

The rn or educator develops, implements, and evaluates evidence-Based educational programs covering perioperative nursing, emergency response, and surgical best practices in collaboration with leadership. This role involves facilitating a positive learning environment through coaching, coordinating the aorn perioperative 101 program, and supporting staff onboarding and regulatory compliance.

Candidates must possess 3-5 years of relevant operating room experience and hold a bachelor's degree, along with an active indiana or nlc registered nurse license. Required certifications include cpr, acls, and pals, alongside knowledge of adult learning principles and proficiency in microsoft office.
