New & Upcoming RN Grads - Fort Wayne Early Start Program

New registered nurse (Rn) graduates will participate in a comprehensive nurse residency program alongside orientation to gain real-World experience, mentorship, and professional development while working in established hospitals. Responsibilities include working alongside skilled healthcare professionals to deliver the highest level of patient care in various units as preparation for a new state-Of-The-Art hospital opening.

Candidates must possess an associates of nursing (Asn), with a bachelor of nursing (Bsn) preferred, completed before the start date from a nationally accredited program. A requirement is an active registered nurse (Rn) license in indiana or an active nurse licensure compact (Nlc) rn license, along with basic life support certification through the aha.
