Medical Assistant Training Coach - Fenton, MO

The training coach - Ma is responsible for executing the practical skills training phase for new hires and existing team members, focusing on critical thinking and high-Level competencies using a competency-Based model. Duties also involve providing direct support to medical providers, radiologic technologists, and patients through various clinical and administrative tasks.

Candidates are preferred to be graduates of a medical assistant program with at least one year of experience under a licensed supervisor within the last three years, or possess two or more years of relevant experience in lieu of the program. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with obtaining specific medical assistant certifications or equivalent clinical credentials upon hire, and cpoe certification within two weeks.
