The Assistant Girls Soccer Coach will collaborate with the Head Coach to manage the team throughout the fall season, focusing on mentoring and developing players. Responsibilities include attending all practices and games, and coordinating schedules with the Athletic Director.
Description The Assistant Girls Soccer Coach will be responsible for working alongside the Head Coach to manage the team during the fall season.
Coaches are expected to mentor and develop their team.
They must model a Christian lifestyle and lead prayers/devotions for the team.
The coach will be responsible for attending all practices and games.
This position reports into the Athletic Director and coordinates with them for practice and game schedules.
This commitment is from August through October, approx.
20 hours per week.
Off season open gyms and work outs are highly encouraged.
This is a stipend coaching position, which is paid upon completion of the season.

Acceptable PA DOE employment clearances dated within one year: FBI Fingerprint/ Act 114 Federal Criminal Background Check (Identogo Service Code 1KG6TR), Act 151 State Child Abuse Background Report, and Act 34 PA State Police Background Clearance Experience with coaching Basic personal computer skills Detail-oriented, with strong organizational, analytical, time management and planning skills. Initiative and independence in carrying out responsibilities. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and a variety of demands. Demonstrated interpersonal and problem solving capabilities
