Lead Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for planning and implementing developmentally appropriate programming for children in their classroom while monitoring each child's development. They also communicate regularly with families and collaborate with staff to ensure effective service delivery.

Candidates must have a minimum of a child development associate (Cda) credential or 12 credit hours in early childhood education, along with at least 1 year of program experience. Additional certifications in health and safety, cpr, and first aid are required or must be completed within the first year of employment.
