Behavior Technician - Grosse Pointe

The behavior technician will work one-On-One with individuals with autism in clinic and home settings, applying aba methods, maintaining instructional areas, and collecting and analyzing data accurately. Responsibilities also include responding to client behaviors according to training, attending meetings, and communicating professionally with staff and parents.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a minimum of a high school diploma or ged, and possess a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. The role requires the ability to communicate verbally and in writing, and involves significant physical activity such as sitting, standing, walking, running, kneeling, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
