Dental Assistant II

The dental assistant will support dental students during clinical procedures by providing chair-Side assistance, preparing operatory spaces, and ensuring instruments are sterilized according to safety standards. This role also involves taking radiographs, accurately documenting patient information, and modeling best practices for students.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of an accredited dental assisting program, certification in dental radiography, and 1-2 years of dental assisting experience. Candidates should also possess proficiency in dental procedures, infection control, and strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
