Lab Training Coordinator

This role is responsible for providing phlebotomy training leadership to ensure safe and proper technique, while also overseeing laboratory specimen processing, inventory, and equipment maintenance to meet compliance requirements. Key duties include promoting phlebotomy skills through training, maintaining section supplies, performing equipment checks, and ensuring accurate patient data entry.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and a minimum of two years of phlebotomy experience, including certification as a phlebotomy technician from ascp or an equivalent body. Preferred experience includes patient venipuncture of all ages and laboratory specimen processing or equipment maintenance.
