Swim Coach

The assistant coach will help lead and organize the youth swim team during the summer season, focusing on developing competitive skills and fostering positive team values. This role involves mentoring young athletes to grow as respectful and sports-Minded individuals.

Candidates must possess required certifications including american red cross lifeguarding and cpr, with water safety instructor and coaching certifications/Experience being preferred. Strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to positively engage with youth and families are essential.
