Behavior Technician

The behavior technician/Registered behavior technician is responsible for implementing the individual support plan and programming created by the bcba, ensuring all home care is provided respectfully. This includes working 1:1 with clients, collecting session data, and supporting healthy communication and behavioral skills.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, along with a minimum of one year of experience working with children. Candidates must be comfortable using technology for documentation and possess strong interpersonal and documentation skills.
