Behavior Technician

The behavior technician/Registered behavior technician is primarily responsible for implementing the individual support plan and executing goals outlined by the bcba for various cases. This includes providing interactive therapeutic support to minimize maladaptive behaviors while ensuring all care is delivered respectfully.

Basic qualifications require a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of one year working with children, and comfort using technology for documentation. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, along with strong interpersonal and documentation skills.
