Behavior Technician

The behavior technician/Registered behavior technician is responsible for implementing the individual support plan and the goals/Objectives outlined by the bcba for various cases. This includes providing interactive therapeutic support to minimize maladaptive behaviors and ensuring all care is delivered respectfully.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma/Ged and a minimum of one year of experience working with children. Essential qualifications include comfort with technology for documentation, strong interpersonal and documentation skills, and the physical ability to stand, bend, kneel, and run during shifts.
