Staff Development Trainer - Adult Services

This role involves conducting essential staff trainings such as cpr/Fa and mandt, while meticulously maintaining all training records for the adult services program. The trainer will also coordinate with directors and coordinators to ensure all staff training compliance is current.

Candidates need a high school diploma/Ged, with some college preferred, and ideally experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Essential attributes include excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to present information clearly and non-Judgmentally.
