EEC Certified Floating Assistant Preschool Teacher (Part-Time)

The assistant teacher supports the lead teacher by setting up and implementing daily curriculum activities designed to promote children's social, cultural, educational, physical, and emotional growth. Responsibilities include direct supervision, interaction with children and parents, maintaining classroom standards, and performing necessary housekeeping and care tasks.

Candidates must meet educational and experience qualifications established by deec, naeyc, and qris, and must be at least 18 years old. Required certifications include current cpr, first aid, and child abuse prevention, with previous experience in a developmental setting being preferred.
