Early Childhood Behavior Technician (Full-Time or Part-Time) – Ontario, OH SparkJoy ABA, in partnership with Finni Health, is seeking high-energy, playful, and compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide ABA therapy to children with autism.

- Environment: This role is active! You must feel comfortable working inside client homes, visiting neighborhoods within the assigned territory, and supporting clinic-based needs as required. Flexibility and a high-energy "can-do" attitude are highly valued.

Experience
- Previous experience working with children (daycare, camp counselor, teaching, coaching, or similar) is required. Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) with a passion for working with children are also encouraged to apply!
- Reliability: You must have reliable transportation to travel to the clinic and/or client homes in the Ontario area.
- Commitment to
- Growth: Passing RBT Certification within 90 days of hire is required (we will help you study and cover the cost!).
Training
- Proof of completion of a 40-hour Behavior Technician training course is preferred but not required to interview. Active CPR certification is preferred.
