Camp Sail Specialist - Seasonal

The specialist is responsible for planning and facilitating creative, athletic, physical, and educational projects for campers aged 4 to 14, designing programs based on camper abilities and interests. This includes writing engaging lesson plans, demonstrating proper equipment use, and ensuring all safety rules and requirements are strictly followed.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, preferably with a college education, and possess experience working with children in a day camp setting. Required qualifications include proficiency in camp activities and obtaining certifications in cpr, first aid, aed, and child abuse prevention within the first 30 days of employment.
