Paraeducator (SSS)

The paraeducator is responsible for supporting the education of students in the classroom and throughout the building. This includes assisting teachers with planning, maintaining student records, and ensuring a safe learning environment.

A high school diploma is required, with an associate degree preferred. Candidates should have at least 60 credits in higher education in child development or a related field and the ability to work well with children.
