1 therapy sessions and implementing behavior protocols. They also collect data and maintain communication with the pod manager regarding client progress.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or higher in a related field, with experience in aba preferred. They must also obtain and maintain rbt certification and demonstrate flexibility and creativity in their approach.
