Senior Learning & Development Specialist

The specialist will design, develop, and implement learning solutions aligned with organizational goals, creating high-Quality content using instructional design principles and leading medium-To-Large scale l&d projects from assessment through execution. Responsibilities also include partnering with stakeholders to deliver content in various modalities and leveraging technology like ai and the lms to improve learning experiences.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of corporate learning & development experience, including at least 3 years in instructional design and lms administration, alongside a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Required proficiencies include end-To-End project management, expertise in authoring tools like articulate, and strong command of microsoft office for communication, data analysis, and presentation.
