DFCA Case Manager

The dfca case manager coordinates and provides essential services to foster children, foster families, and adoptive families, ensuring their physical, emotional, social, educational, and spiritual needs are met according to the client's service plan. This role involves ongoing case management, frequent home visits, thorough documentation, and participation in child placing and permanency decisions.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in social work or a related human services field, along with a minimum of two years of prior related experience meeting texas minimum standards for child placing agencies. Requirements also include the ability to work nights and weekends as needed, proficiency in english, and eligibility to drive company or personal vehicles.
