Resident Advisor

The resident advisor will join a team at a residential treatment program for adolescents, focusing on supporting young adults in their transition to independent living. This involves counseling young adults and teaching them necessary vocational and maintenance skills for economic and social success.

Applicants must be mature, emotionally healthy individuals with good judgment, capable of working a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Minimum requirements include a bachelor's in relevant behavioral/Social sciences/Education or two years of experience with children, passing a background check, holding a valid driver's license, and being at least 21 years old.
