Live-In Residential Youth Counselor

The role involves serving as live-In teaching parents within a case management team, inspiring and acting as appropriate role models for five adolescents in a residential treatment program. Responsibilities include counseling youth, teaching social skills, and assisting them with academic improvement.

Applicants must be emotionally healthy individuals with common sense and humor, capable of fulfilling a full-Time commitment as a married couple in a residential group home setting. Preferably, one team member should possess a bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or a related field, and prior experience in a residential setting with teens is beneficial.
