Camp Counselor - Lead - Summer

Camp counselors will supervise and lead recreational and educational activities for children aged 5 through 12, maintaining a fun, safe, and supervised atmosphere through structured and unstructured activities. Lead counselors act as the first point of contact for assisting other counselors and children, ensuring adherence to camp policies and safety standards.

Applicants must have a minimum of a high school education or equivalent and six months of experience working with children in a licensed program setting, and must be at least 18 years old. Essential physical requirements include the ability to safely participate in water activities and aid children on an indoor rock wall, along with strong communication and problem-Solving skills.
