Lead Preschool Teacher

Lead teachers are responsible for monitoring the development and learning of children by creating hands-On, engaging educational experiences through developing, implementing, and reflecting upon class community activities. This includes providing active supervision, documenting growth, nurturing physical, spiritual, emotional, social, cognitive, and literary development, and adhering to state content areas.

Candidates should possess a strong understanding of child development, organizational skills, and a willingness to learn and innovate within a constructivist-Inspired philosophy. Preferred qualifications include a 90-Hour certification, cda, associate's, or bachelor's degree in a related field, and experience in a child-Centered setting.
