Summer Day Camp Nurse - Camp Chickami

The camp nurse is responsible for the health, safety, and welfare of the camp community by promoting sound health practices and complying with department of public health and american camping association regulations. Key duties include monitoring health conditions, reviewing medical histories, managing and dispensing medications, maintaining logs, and preparing first aid supplies for activities.

Candidates must be a registered nurse or lpn licensed in massachusetts and at least 21 years old, holding a college education or higher. Essential qualifications include cpr/First aid/Aed certification, strong judgment, problem-Solving skills, and the ability to perform physical assessments on children aged 5 to 15.
