Elementary Teacher - MHPFA

The teacher is responsible for designing and delivering high-Quality, standards-Aligned lessons using only provided resources, focusing on core subjects like language arts, math, science, and social studies with an emphasis on experiential learning. This role also requires maintaining a positive, respectful classroom environment, enforcing behavioral expectations, and ensuring student supervision at all times.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in education or a related field and hold or be able to obtain valid state certification. Proven success working with k-8 students in diverse settings, strong understanding of child development, and commitment to exclusively using the academy's instructional resources are essential qualifications.
