Lead Childcare Teacher

The teacher is responsible for preparing and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans weekly, covering all areas of child development according to the classroom schedule. Key duties also include maintaining professional rapport with families, ensuring child safety and well-Being, keeping the classroom organized and clean, and maintaining child assessments and portfolios.

A high school diploma or ged is required, along with the ability to pass all background checks and possess bsac credentials. Preference is given to applicants with an associate or bachelor's degree, and previous childcare experience is considered a plus.
