Lead Childcare Teacher

The teacher is responsible for preparing and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans weekly, covering all areas of child development according to the classroom schedule. Key duties also include maintaining professional rapport with families, ensuring child safety and well-Being, and managing classroom organization and cleanliness.

A minimum requirement for this position is a high school diploma or ged, along with the ability to pass all background checks and possess bsac credentials. Preference is given to applicants who hold an associate or bachelor's degree, and previous childcare experience is considered a plus.
