Trainer

The trainer is responsible for facilitating comprehensive training for newly hired and experienced personnel in human trafficking interdiction programs, ensuring adherence to agency policies and federal/State standards. This role also involves identifying training needs, collaborating with partners for training opportunities, and continuously updating program training materials.

A bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields is required, with a master's degree preferred; experience must include at least four years in the field with case management, or two years with a master's. Candidates must also acquire and maintain various certifications, pass background checks, and demonstrate cultural sensitivity and emotional control.
