Key functions include completing intake assessments, coordinating local resources, preparing clients for employment, and developing training partnerships with local businesses.
Requirements summary
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with at least four years of related experience working with young adults or youth advocacy; a bachelor's degree in relevant fields is preferred along with two years of professional experience. Candidates must maintain required certifications like first aid/Cpr, possess a valid texas driver's license, reliable transportation, and pass pre-Employment screenings.
