Lead Childcare Teacher

Lead teachers are responsible for preparing and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans one week in advance using current curriculum guides, covering all areas of child development. They must also maintain professional rapport with families, ensure the safety and well-Being of each child, maintain organized classrooms, and manage child assessments and biannual conferences.

Qualified candidates must possess an associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a relevant field and successfully pass all required background checks. The role demands physical ability to work around small children, including lifting up to 40 lbs, and requires working a fixed monday through friday shift from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
