Core responsibilities
The primary duty is to conduct one-To-One interviews with ielts candidates on saturdays and sundays to assess their spoken english proficiency according to set requirements. This includes maintaining strict confidentiality and security related to the ielts process and adhering to the examiner code of practice.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and a tesol or applied linguistics certification, along with a minimum of three years of full-Time relevant tesol teaching experience, predominantly with adult students aged 16 and over. Essential attributes include excellent customer service, strong analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to exercise sound judgment with stressed candidates.
